Beloved,

We have arrived at a time when power and greed threaten to undermine our systems of checks and balances. However, the God we serve instructs us not to be intimidated by fear. Just because they attack us; does not mean they can truly harm us, for we draw from the spring of living water, where Jesus promises, “Whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst.” And remember, “We shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.” Amen. [Jn. 4:14; Matt.4:4]
